Don't Bulldoze our Neighborhoods:
Stop SB1412 & SB1787

TNC Plano has sent an open letter to the Plano delegation of the State House of Representatives and Plano City Council. We are imploring our state representatives to vote No on SB1412, the ADU bill, and SB1787, the mini-lot bill. These two bills remove local control over residential zoning and will forever change the quality of life in our Plano neighborhoods.

Our Mission

Our mission is to save Plano neighborhoods by ending short-term rentals in all areas zoned as residential.

We are the Plano chapter of the Texas Neighborhood Coalition. We are a group of volunteers working together to protect the safety of our homes, the well-being of our families, and the integrity and value of our Plano neighborhoods.
